We at Tarbiya Institute know our purpose with absolute clarity: to educate, train and empower generations of American Muslims through the lens of authentic Islamic knowledge, to address new and modern challenges, thereby fostering an American Muslim identity.
This year, we celebrate 10 years of this blessed vision!

This weekend of festivities will include a formal banquet on Friday featuring speeches by renowned speakers and leaders, children's performances, entertainment, and a memory lane exhibit, followed the next day with an outdoor celebration featuring kids' activities, food trucks, a bustling bazaar, and much more!

Allah (SWT) says:
اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ حَيْثُ يَجْعَلُ رِسَالَتَهُ
"Allah knows best where to place His message." (Quran 6:124)
This also means that the message is His, to bestow on whom He wills, for He alone knows the truest vessel. We pray to Allah (SWT) that we at Tarbiya have been worthy of Allah's message and have done our best to honestly articulate it to the world.
And for being blessed with this message, we take absolutely no credit. It's the mere and sheer grace of Allah (SWT) that he chose for us to be among his soldiers and do his work in this part of the world.
Allah (SWT) says:
وَلِلَّهِ جُنُودُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
And to Allah belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth. And ever is Allah Knowing and Wise. (Quran 48:7)
As we mark 10 years of Tarbiya, we wanted to come together, thank Allah and our community, ruminate over the life-changing events of the last 10 years, and reflect upon the possibilities of the next 10 years
