Join us every second Saturday of the month from 9 –11 AM at Tarbiya House Elk Grove for our Brothers' Muay Thai class!

Led by a Muay Thai practitioner from our own community, this class covers the fundamentals of Muay Thai, self-defense, striking techniques, footwork, conditioning, and discipline in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. Whether you're looking to learn a new skill, improve your fitness, or build confidence, this class is a great place to start.

Open to brothers of all experience levels ages 13 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a male guardian. Registration and signing of the waiver below is required before class.
