Calling all Nizami Mentees, join us for a creative and meaningful hands-on workshop where we will learn to make beautiful baskets using recycled materials from Barakah Threads!
Through this meaningful experience, you will:
• Discover the beauty of repurposing and recycling everyday materials.
• Reflect on the Islamic principle of Amanah — caring for the Earth as a trust from Allah.
• Create something useful and beautiful while learning mindfulness and gratitude for the resources we have.
All baskets created during the workshop will be available for purchase at our Fall Fest on October 31st, with proceeds supporting Barakah Threads community initiatives. Let us treat the Earth with kindness and weave barakah into everything we create.
