Tarbiya House Natomas is excited to offer a Youth Boys Wrestling Program for boys and young men ages 7–18.

Meeting twice a week, the program will introduce and develop foundational wrestling skills while helping participants build strength, endurance, discipline, confidence, and resilience. Beyond athletic development, our goal is to provide young Muslim men with a positive environment where they can challenge themselves, develop consistency, and build brotherhood with their peers.

Participants of varying experience levels are welcome. Whether stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking for an opportunity to continue training, students will be encouraged to grow at their own level while learning the fundamentals of wrestling in a structured and supportive setting.
