From Rented Space to Sacred Space

A Home for Our Community in Elk Grove

theg new picture
Three acres. Endless opportunities. One shared vision.

Congratulations to the Elk Grove and Greater Sacramento Muslim Community!

Alhamdulillah, we are so excited to share the news: The Tarbiya Institute has officially closed escrow and is now the owner of 8088 Kammerer Road.

The keys are officially in our hands.

What began as a vision for a place where our community could grow, pray, learn, and come together has now taken a major step forward. This is a milestone that belongs to Allah SWT foremost, and the entire Tarbiya community, everyone who has supported, made dua, volunteered, donated, and believed in this vision along the way.

Today, we celebrate. Tomorrow, we get to work.

Now that we have the keys, the real work begins. Stay tuned for more updates as we begin the next chapter at 8088 Kammerer Road, inshaAllah.

May Allah put immense barakah in this new home and make it a place of worship, learning, service, and community for generations to come.

Future Home of Barakah filled Memories

On 3 acres of land, our new campus will allow Tarbiya House Elk Grove to expand the programs that have become the heart of our community while creating room for new opportunities.

The new campus will feature:

  • Spacious prayer facilities

  • Dedicated classrooms for youth, Sunday School, Quran, and educational programs

  • Spaces for brothers', sisters', and family programming

  • Areas for community gatherings and events

  • Expanded youth facilities

  • Administrative offices

  • Outdoor areas for recreation and community events

  • Room to continue growing for years to come
