Ramadan 2022
After 5 years in rental properties, the opportunity to purchase a permanent building and neighboring land parcel in Roseville arose. An anonymous family stepped forward to pay for the building with a commitment from us that we would pay them back over the course of five years. Our commitment includes a $20,000/monthly payment and a $500,000 annual balloon payment at our Roseville location. This year, our goal is to raise $600,000 in Roseville and $250,000 in Natomas.
