Zahrawi: The Seeker of Excellence
Each Friday in this summer of 2022, we have been visited by one of the many great heroes of our tradition.
Each one taught us something special about being a Muslim hero, a real hero! Today we learn about a figure who’s heroic effort extended even to those who would have rather seen him dead. Further still, his heroism extended far beyond his life and continues to impact us today, through people who have never even learned his name. Today’s hero teaches us what it means to be excellent and to pursue excellence in our lives. Join us to find out who this hero was!
