Sunday School Field Trip
SMUD Museum of Science and Curiosity
Students explored 9 interactive exhibits expanding their minds and sparking their curiosity about nature, health innovations, alternative energy, design, space exploration and more! We travelled the universe from their seats in the UC Davis Planetarium and learned about our solar system and most of the observable universe. We ended the day having lunch by the Sacramento River and learning about the concept of Tayammum and when it is applicable. We ended the day by praying dhuhr together under the shade of some trees.
